Usually not long at all – within two weeks. This depends on who you would like to see and what times you are available. If you require an appointment later in the day, then you may have to wait longer as these slots are limited.
As all therapists are self-employed they will have different payment systems. Cash or cheque is fine. Most therapists accept BACs payments and some have card machines. You can request an invoice or receipt should you need one.
Whilst we have to charge, we are looking into getting some funding in the future. We currently have a couple of reduced fee appointments. We don’t want fees to be a barrier to getting help so please talk to us if you’re on a limited income.

If your family member will be receiving individual therapy then we will be seeing them alone. But if they would like you to come along for the first session we would usually invite you into the room for the first 10 minutes or so.
Please note that we have no waiting room facility.
